SOOTHING IMMUNITY TEA
1 Orange Slice
7 coin size slices of raw Turmeric root (2 tsp ground turmeric, if you can’t find raw)
5 coin size slices of raw Ginger root ( 1 tsp of ground ginger, if you can’t find raw) 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper
A few turns of freshly cracked Black pepper
1 Tb of Honey, raw wildflower and local honey is best. Use more or less depending on your taste.
Garnish with a whole cinnamon stick
Muddle all ingredients in a mug until juice is pressed from citrus and roots are broken up a bit. Pour in hot water. Cover to steep for a few minutes. Remove cover. Breath in the aroma and relax as you enjoy this nurturing cup of love.
